Telemarketers wanted for a Human Capital Consultancy in Shanghai.  

Job Description:
  Make calls according to qualified targets
  Proactively chat up with targeted customers and get to know them
  Invite targeted customers to selected events
  Make appointments for consultants to meet up with the targeted customers

Requirements:
  Able to converse confidently in English on the phone
  Able to follow a standard procedure to make calls
  Able to handle rejections, and just focus on the next call
  Extrovert and loves talking to people

Intensive training will be provided by an International trainer in the field of sales and marketing.  Complimentary career guidance and development will be given to recent graduates or undergrads. Food and Accommodation will be provided.
